JJ and Amy Stone, founders of GURU Pet Company, originally based in Golden Colorado, recently made the exciting move to Charleston, South Carolina—bringing their pack of dogs along for a cross-country adventure! After years of developing innovative dog toys for top brands, they launched GURU in 2022 with a mission to create engaging, challenging, high-quality innovative toys to address a dogs’ natural instincts.

Now, settled by the coast, JJ and Amy are loving the warm weather, and their dogs are thrilled to have the beach as their backyard. As they plant their roots in Charleston, they’re also working with the local dog shelter, continuing their passion for improving dogs’ lives—one toy at a time.
